Elephant Kratom strains get their name from the large, floppy Kratom leaves that are used to produce them. The Dark Elephant strain from Kats Botanicals is unique for two reasons. First, this strain originates in the Kalimantan region of Indonesia, a geography known for having ideal growing conditions that Kratom trees love. Second, our Dark Elephant Kratom strain undergoes a non-traditional drying and fermentation process.
This process requires that the harvested Kratom leaves be put into permeable fermentation bags for two days before being taken outside for an hour of direct sunlight exposure.
