All Kat’s Kratom customers can enjoy guaranteed delivery service offered through Route.com. Once you opt in, you are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. When you checkout, you will be given the chance to opt in for guaranteed delivery.

Without selecting and paying for this option, we may not be able to reimburse you for your lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Unfortunately, we do not accept check or prepaid card payments at this time.

We ship same day if you order before 2pm eastern time Monday through Friday.

For ACH orders, the first two orders must clear payment before products will ship, which can take 3-5 business days. All subsequent orders using ACH as the payment type will be shipped same-day or next-day.

Kat’s Kratom does not offer free shipping.
