I really like the purity of the liquid intense MIT. I ONLY HAVE TO TAKE 1/3 of the shot and it lasts for a good 6 hours! I prefer the shots over the powder. I love the boost it gives me when I need to get a project done, it gives me the ****** and attitude to get it done. Great product!!
