Our Kratom products are made from Kratom leaves that are hand-harvested with care by Indonesian farmers. This commitment to quality is at the heart of the Kats Kratom brand, and it’s why our products stand out in the kratom market.
Every Kats Kratom product packaging or label contains information you can use to locate the results from third party lab tests conducted on the materials used in the manufacturing process. For example, using your mobile device, just scan the QR code printed on your Kats Kratom powder or capsules packaging. The lab test results will then be immediately displayed. Similarly, for CBD lab test results, locate the lot number listed on your CBD product and click ‘search’.
All of our Kratom packaging is designed to maintain quality and freshness. Our Kratom bags feature stay-fresh, resealable zip-lock closures, and our Kratom capsules are packaged using highly durable, tamper-proof bottles.
As a wholesale customer, you can log in and place your order just like an online customer. Once logged in, your discount percentage will automatically be applied to any orders you place.
Yes. Our initial minimum wholesale order requirement is $250 net after discounts.
Unfortunately, we do not accept check or prepaid card payments at this time.
We ship same day if you order before 2pm eastern time Monday through Friday.
For ACH orders, the first two orders must clear payment before products will ship, which can take 3-5 business days. All subsequent orders using ACH as the payment type will be shipped same-day or next-day.
Kat’s Kratom does not offer free shipping.
Yes. To qualify for our wholesale program, simply complete and submit the Wholesale Application. An Account Executive will contact you to confirm receipt, discuss next steps, and welcome you to the program.
Yes. As an authorized wholesale customer, you are subject to the provisions in the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Agreement which is executed at the time of your initial order.
Discounts are based on volume purchases. Based on your volume, the percentage discount could change as you grow with us.
Yes. A benefit of becoming a Kats Kratom wholesale customer is that you will have access to a robust Kats Kratom collateral tool kit that includes POS displays, posters, window clings, and much more. All artwork is professionally prepared and consistent with our commitment to the highest quality standards.
Yes. You will be assigned to a dedicated and highly experienced Account Executive that can respond to any issues or concerns that you might have in a professional, positive, and efficient manner. Our goal is to build customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service.
