Return Policy

On all products, we require that the customer contact us within sixty (60) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Kats Kratom does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any products (defective or otherwise.) All orders are thoroughly inspected and photographed by Kats Kratom personnel and carefully packed before shipment. Original order shipping costs are not refundable.

What items are returnable?

Within 60 days of receipt of your shipment

  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Unused / unopened / not damaged

What items are non-refundable?

  • Opened products
  • Damaged products
  • Products with purchaser’s stickers or price tags on them
  • Items after the 60 days of your shipment delivery

Please note that Kats Kratom must be notified of your intent to return prior to returning the products. If approved, and after receipt of your returned products, we will issue a credit, minus the cost of shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee for all the returned orders. Shipping fees are not refundable.
